Frequently asked questions
How much does AirsoftOPS cost?
Free for players. For organizers we charge a small fee (5–8%) on the registrations we process. If you only use chat and the community, it’s 100% free.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. We have active users in Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina and Chile. Local currency support is coming soon.
Is it safe to buy and sell on the marketplace?
We have a reputation system with verified reviews. We always recommend in-person transactions for large items. For small items, we offer integration with secure payment methods.
How do I know an organizer is legit?
Organizers have a verified profile with their match history, ratings from players who attended and identity validation. No “ghost” matches.
Can my team have its own space?
Yes. Every team gets a profile with members, roles (captain, support, etc.), a gallery, private internal communication and league participation.
Is the app native or a web app?
Native for iOS and Android. Better performance, reliable push notifications, offline access. The web version is complementary.
